With meals, housekeeping, and laundry services included, you can spend more time doing what you love, while you have the security of knowing that knowledgeable staff are there when you need them.
Pavilion LeBlanc and Pavilion Richard opened in 2017, Pavilion Cormier in 2018, Pavilion Gallant in 2019 and Pavilion Landry in 2020. We are still awaiting a date for the construction of Gallant II.
Faubourg du Mascaret is a French-language retirement community designed to meet the current and future needs of seniors. In addition to our welcoming and professional staff on-site 24-hours a day, residents enjoy our state-of-the-art community and amenities to help meet their needs, without compromising the beauty of the decor.
Although this property was designed and built for retirement living, there is no minimum age to reside here. Faubourg du Mascaret was designed to meet a full range of needs and is focused on the concept of “aging in place”.
Yes. The hours of our Health Services Manager (Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse) are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday and there will be staff members on call 24-hours a day.
It is necessary to sign a monthly lease to move to Faubourg du Mascaret.
Yes, at Faubourg du Mascaret we allow cats and small dogs.

In New Brunswick, our licensed nursing homes adhere to the Official Languages Act, offering service to residents in their language of choice, English or French. We are proud of our first dedicated French retirement living community, Faubourg du Mascaret, located in Moncton, New Brunswick. The two nursing homes located on this campus offer bilingual services with their language of daily operations being in French.
Yes. Even if one person needs more care than the other, couples can live together in the same apartment. Additional care services can be added as needed.
Faubourg du Mascaret is a secure community with staff on-site 24-hours a day to ensure peace of mind. Our buildings use a limited key card access system, which means you need a card or code to enter. Faubourg du Mascaret is also equipped with an interactive personal emergency response system which is controlled 24-hours a day, lighting inside and outside (power supply by generator in case of emergency), emergency lighting throughout the building and security cameras in common areas.
Faubourg du Mascaret team members are on-site 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
All suites, bathrooms, recreation areas and dining rooms have emergency call panels that are monitored 24-hours a day. Residents also have access to the personal emergency calling system with a tag they can wear and use to alert the team in an emergency.
